The Process
Consultation & Patch Test
For tinting and lash extension services, a patch test is required 48 hours before your first appointment. We discuss your goals, eye shape and the most flattering style for you.
Treatment
Treatment duration varies: LVL 45–60 min; HD brows 45–60 min; tinting 30 min. All treatments use professional-grade products for safe, long-lasting results.
Aftercare Guidance
Written aftercare instructions are provided after every lash and brow service. Following these is essential for longevity and eye safety.

After LVL, avoid waterproof mascara and keep lashes dry for the first 24 hours
After tinting, avoid rubbing or wetting eyes for at least 12 hours
Avoid oily eye products around the lash line to maintain LVL results
Use SPF carefully around the brow area after HD Brows to preserve tint
