2. Agreement

By booking an appointment, attending the salon or using our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies when you use our services after the date shown above.

3. Services

We provide hair and beauty services as described on our website and as discussed with you in the salon. Treatments are carried out by qualified staff in line with professional standards. Some services require a consultation, patch test or medical suitability check before we can proceed; we will tell you what is needed when you book or attend.

4. Appointments, cancellations and lateness

• Appointments can be requested via our website, by telephone or in person. A request is not confirmed until we have agreed a date and time with you.
• Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in line with our salon policy (we will explain any fee at the time of booking or when you contact us).
• If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete your service within the remaining time; where that is not possible, we may need to shorten the service or reschedule, and charges may still apply.

5. Prices and payment

Service prices are as quoted in the salon or on promotional materials at the time of your appointment. Payment is due when you receive the service unless we agree otherwise (for example, for courses or packages). We may ask for a deposit for long appointments, courses or special events; deposits will be explained when you book.

6. Health, safety and patch tests

You must tell us about any allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy, medication or other health factors that might affect your treatment. For certain hair colour services we require patch tests in line with industry guidance and our insurance; we cannot proceed without them where they are mandatory.

If you are unsure whether a treatment is suitable, ask us before booking. We reserve the right to refuse or adapt a service if we believe it would be unsafe or unsuitable.

7. Satisfaction and complaints

If you are unhappy with a service, please tell us as soon as possible and within 48 hours of your appointment where practical, so we can try to put things right. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Our total liability in connection with any appointment or series of related appointments is limited to the amount you paid us for those services, except where the law requires otherwise.

9. Conduct

We want a safe, respectful environment for staff and clients. Abusive behaviour, harassment or behaviour that puts others at risk may result in refusal of service and being asked to leave the premises.

10. Website

We aim to keep information on this website accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or up to date. Content is for general information only and does not form a contract until confirmed with us. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or policies.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts where the law allows.
